Log Files

Momentum follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Information Momentum Collects & Controls

We only collect the information that we actually need. Some of that is information that you actively give us when you sign up for an account, register for an event, ask for customer support, or buy something from us. We store your name and contact information.

When you visit one of our websites or use our software, we automatically log some basic information like how you got to the site, where you navigated within it, and what features and settings you use. If you provide the App access to your Google data, the App will only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide a web email client that allows users to compose, send, read, and process emails and will not transfer this Gmail data to others unless doing so is necessary to provide and improve these features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. The App’s use of information received, and the App’s transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs, will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Jurisdiction

Momentum makes no guarantee that the content on the Site and/or the Service is appropriate or available or appropriate for use in your country. Users or people who visit and/or use the Site and/or the Service, do it on their own free will and risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. Momentum reserves the right to, at any time, limit or restrict the availability and accessibility of the Site and/or the Service to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction and also limit the quantities of any such feature that we provide.

Information security and storage

At Momentum, we take matters of data security very seriously. We are hosted on the highly secure and reliable Amazon AWS servers, that promise optimal uptime, and data security for all our customers. Our servers are hosted in world-class AWS data centers that are protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. All Momentum plans include SSL encryption to keep your data absolutely safe.

Cookies

Momentum uses cookies and similar technologies to provide our websites and to help collect data. Like any other website, these cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.

Storing your Preferences and Settings – Settings that enable our website to operate correctly or that maintain your preferences over time may be stored on your device.

Sign-in and Authentication – When you sign in to our website using your credentials, we store a unique ID number, and the time you signed in, in an encrypted cookie on your device.
