What is Legalwiz?
Founded by Shrijay Seth in 2015, LegalWiz is a platform to get all your legal work done in a fast, seamless, compliant way. The legal-tech startup is for small businesses and startups, to get all their legal work done. Providing services across India, Legalwiz offers a multitude of services, from legal help to tax help to accounting help, Legalwiz is a one stop solution for startups & MSMEs. Their goal is to make legal compliance “simple, affordable and transparent.” Being a trusted brand in the legal field, LegalWiz serves 8000+ clients across India and has been featured in 140+ media outlets for their top-notch service. 60% of their business are from repeat customers, and with their brilliant online services, they are India’s leading legal service provider.
Problem statement
They wanted to create an internal ERP system to manage clients and offer the best legal solutions. LegalWiz collaborated with us at Momentum91 to develop a state-of-the-art technology platform, which could help them make their service accessible and affordable for everyone. Our technical experts stepped in to create an ERP system that would help them handle all their requirements. From online business registrations to rich library of downloadable legal forms, they wanted a one-stop solution for super-fast, pocket-friendly, online business services. And this is where, we stepped in and created a highly integrated, scalable, robust ERP system with strong data security for them to carry out all their tasks in a one single system, and the result was robust ERP system that is used by them for all their service offerings.

Website designing and development
From designing the site map of the website to defining the pages of the website, we created LegalWiz website, choosing rich hue of maroon and white as their brand colors. With over 100+ pages, all highly responsive with 90+ page speed, the website is a comprehensive mix of all the services LegalWiz provides. From packages of their services to in-depth information of all the services they provide, we collaborated with the team at LegalWiz to exemplify their website in a design-rich, classified format. The design of the website we created in Figma and developed the website through WordPress giving it a competitive edge over its other LegalTech website.
Product development – developing LegalWiz ERP system.
For LegalWiz, we developed a feature-rich Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, which was customized completely according to their requirements and the services they offer. It has an all-encompassing dashboard, which our developers at Momentum91 created to offer LegalWiz complete control over their offerings. From the users' management section to vendor management to accounting and compliance, we supported LegalWiz ERP system with real-time insights and data visualization tools to scale and optimize their processes. Developed using React.js and cloud technology, LegalWiz system also incorporates loads of documents to support all kinds of legal formalities which they offer.
