Mega.AI: The AI Agent to simplify the entire process from Order to Cash. 

What is Mega.AI?

Mega.AI is an AI voice bot specifically for the O2C (Order to Cash) process. What started as a vision to transform the debt collection process has now evolved into developing AI-driven voice solutions that revolutionize every phase of the O2C cycle. 

Coming into being in 2024, Mega.AI since then has become a way to transform the banking industry. From order management to cash collection and escalation to dispute resolution and support, Mega AI’s voice agents automate these processes, which once required human effort behind them. With Mega.AI, the founders have tried to streamline the O2C process through AI-driven voice solutions that are here to speed up the debt collection process, boost recovery rates, and replace monotonous manual tasks by automating routine tasks.

About the founders

Founded by the astounding Peter Hauge Jensen and Martin Nielsen, both qualified experts in their field. Peter is the CEO of Mega.AI. Having 25+ years in sales & operations, he has also remained the CEO of a major call centre. He brings unparalleled experience to Mega.AI and serves as a key person in scaling operations through his strategic insights. Alternatively, Martin also holds more than two decades of experience. Having led a telemarketing firm, leading 100+ reps, his experience comes in handy as he plays a pivotal part in driving customer engagement at Mega.AI.

Requirements Mega.AI had

The founders of Mega.AI wanted to develop a website that would showcase their product in the best possible way. Theirs was a relatively new concept in the market, and portraying the product along with its use cases, industry solutions, and the kind of problems they solved was their main aim. 

Besides, they also wanted to establish their brand presence and build trust among users, so including an an about us page and a resources section with blogs and podcasts was an ideal solution. 

Over and above that, they wanted to design a website that would look professional with subtle tones. Moreover, as the website was about AI voice bots, the team at Mega.AI wanted to use illustrations like robots, agents, professional telemarketers, etc. 

Taking in all their requirements, we designed the Mega.AI website, writing the copy of the website that would resonate with their audience and developing it on Webflow for a powerful brand impression.

The process we followed: Collaborating with the founders and team at Mega.AI

Website Content, Designing and Development

To create the website for Mega.AI, we had to closely collaborate with the team at Mega.AI, the founders, the sales team, and the senior vice president, understanding their requirements and ensuring that the website was in sync with their product. 

Firstly, we carried out research on the product and identified other such companies that were offering similar services, which we found were very few. Then, we went on to create a wireframe of the website, which turned out to be impressive, and the team really liked it. 

Then, we moved on to create a site map, determining all the pages to be added based on the use cases. After that, we carefully created a content strategy that would help the audience understand the product. And in no time, we were designing the pages on Figma, outlining the sections in pages, and filling in the gaps. And quickly through, the website was designed, and all pages were meticulously crafted.

Up next, our Webflow developers took over the task and developed the website on Webflow with excellent speed and high performance. And we carefully did a QA of the website, and no sooner, we got the website live, an asset for the team at Mega.AI.

The challenge we faced—the positioning of the product in the market was not clear.

As the concept of AI bots was very new, the positioning of the product in the market was not very clear. Firstly, the founders had planned to use the AI voicebot to automate sales. But then, on further research, the founders were clear that they wanted to utilize their product for debt recovery, and thus it was renamed to AI debt recovery both. Then, again, they planned to reposition the product and expand their services to the order-to-cash process (O2C), and thus further services were defined. Though reconditioning your services in the initial stage is common among founders, we had to repurpose our site map to make it use-cases appropriate, adding industry pages like banks, utilities, insurance, etc. to solve the problem.

All in all, the website turned out to be spectacular, amazingly built, with 90+ page speed, and high functioning. The team at Mega.AI is pleased with our work, and the client testimonial is a testament to that. Kudos to our team at Momentum91.
